I have been associated with RR Automotive since 2012 and have purchased multiple bikes from them over the years. I recently picked up the new Himalayan 450, and the experience was as excellent as always. It is rare to find a dealership that maintains such high standards of customer service for over a decade. The entire process was smooth, professional, and transparent. Highly recommended for any Royal Enfield enthusiast in Indore!

Making customers stand and wait for 1–2 hours with absolutely no service, no updates, and no basic coordination is completely unacceptable. This is not just poor service—it clearly shows a serious lack of management, responsibility, and respect for people’s time. There was no proper communication, no staff accountability, and no effort to handle the situation in a professional manner. Standing there for so long with my son, without any clarity or assistance, was extremely frustrating and unnecessary. No customer should be treated this way. This kind of careless, disorganized, and irresponsible behavior reflects very poorly on your entire system. It feels like customers’ time and presence simply do not matter at all. This issue needs to be taken seriously and addressed immediately. Fix your service standards, improve staff coordination, and ensure proper customer handling—because this level of service is unacceptable and should not be repeated with anyone else. Royal Enfield Indore se bike purchase karne ka experience bahut hi accha raha. Staff ka behaviour professional aur friendly tha. Bike ki har detail achhe se explain ki gayi aur delivery process bhi smooth aur time par hua. Delivery ke waqt bike ki finishing aur presentation dekhkar bahut khushi hui. Overall showroom ki service, support aur customer handling kaafi impressive lagi. Agar aap Royal Enfield lene ka plan kar rahe hain, to ye showroom zarur recommend karunga. Very very unprofessional behavior by the staff they don't know how to treat customers.. i don't know what this people are thinking of themself. I wanted to buy meteor 350. I went there with my family and on one was assisting us they are not providing any detail not giving proper cotation. First they waited us for 30-40 minutes they they just ask when you want the bike i said we are planning within a month they immediate told my then go come back when you actually want to buy ... that was very very rude behavior by staff. This people are ruining RE reputation maybe they think they don't have customer shortage thats way they are treating there customers like beggers. I purchase my bike from another showroom Trust me guys please don't go to this showroom it will ruine your mood. I really feelings like i should not buy RE bike because the staff. I went to another showroom i am very happy with the bike i have. RE really has great product.. i love my bike .. but still i never forget that behavior. Worst customer service ever experienced

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Today I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Royal Enfield Vijay Nagar (Sayaji) showroom. We spent nearly 4 hours at the showroom completing the entire booking and finance process. We clearly confirmed that we were purchasing the bike, and the staff assured us that our booking was finalized. Based on their confirmation, we completed all the required formalities. However, when it was time for delivery, we were suddenly informed that the bike had been allotted to another customer who came after us. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If the vehicle was not available, we should have been informed before making us wait for hours and complete all the paperwork. The staff showed a complete lack of coordination, responsibility, and respect for customers’ time. Wasting four hours and then denying delivery despite confirming the booking is a terrible customer experience. I would not recommend this showroom to anyone. If you value your time and expect honest communication, think twice before visiting this dealership.

Buying Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 from them was a absolute smooth ride. Booked the bike online but they have helped me remotely a lot.
