This situation reflects an extremely disappointing experience from a consumer’s perspective. Initially, there was an unjustified delay in the provision of services, and now the refund process is also being prolonged unnecessarily. The salesperson, Mr. Ritesh Gupta, presents himself as though he is genuinely concerned about customer satisfaction; however, the actual outcome suggests otherwise. Furthermore, the Accounts Department appears to be highly negligent and careless in handling the refund procedure, which has only intensified the inconvenience.

​Poor after-sales service and zero transparency. It has been four months since my purchase and I am still struggling to get my RC. They keep delaying with the same 'one week' excuse every time I visit. I am suffering due to their negligence and would not recommend this outlet to anyone.
