Good service experience. Staff was helpful, explained everything clearly, and the bike feels smoother after servicing. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but overall satisfied.
Excellent Service and Very Telented Staff
DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOWROOM! Had the worst experience with them. I took my bike to them for servicing but they didn't do anything. They kept me waiting for hours and then, they couldn't even tell what all parts they changed and what exactly was the problem with the bike and then charged 4500 for nothing. When I raised my concern, the staff started behaving rudely. No professionalism. This is a reputed showroom but they do not know how to treat their customers and charging so much money for nothing. Never suggesting this place to anyone.
I recently experienced the excellent service of RR Automotive Royal Enfield showroom and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The short wait time for my vehicle servicing, punctual service, and on-time pick up truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend their services!
