Royal Enfield Showroom - RR Automotive

Everything was smooth at R R Automotive, Indore. Everyone in sales team were too professional. Special thanks to Mr. Ritesh Gupta, Mr. Rishi Sonwani and Mr. Krishna from accounts dept for smooth experience. Keep doing good work guys.

We had a very poor and horrible experience while purchasing our Bullet from this showroom. During delivery, the staff told us that they had filled 1 litre of petrol. However, as soon as we started from the showroom towards the petrol pump, the tank was completely empty. It was raining heavily, and my wife and I had to push the bike in the rain to reach the petrol pump — which was extremely embarrassing and disappointing. I would strongly advise everyone to be cautious when buying a vehicle from here. If you do decide to purchase, please make sure to carry some petrol with you to avoid facing a similar issue.
