Purchased on October, 2024 I have had a mixed purchase experience here. The sales process was very smooth and hassle-free. Thanks to Mr. Yash, who was extremely helpful and co-operative throughout the entire purchase process. He was patient, answered all my questions, and made the entire experience pleasant. I have no issues with the sales service and would highly recommend contacting Mr. Yash Soni if you're planning to make a purchase. However, the after-sales service was pathetic. After driving the car for a few days, I noticed a few defects. When I followed up with the support staff, I received no response. It felt like everyone was relying on each other for a decision, and I was left without a proper update or solution. To make matters worse, I was told I would have to pay extra to get manufacturing defects fixed, which was frustrating. When I escalated the issue to the senior management, my problem was eventually resolved, but it took much longer than expected. The delay and lack of communication from the support team was frustrating, and I believe there is a need for significant improvement in the after-sales service. अनुभव तो ठीक ठाक ही रहा। सेल्स पर्सन बे एवरेज ही थे कुछ ज्यादा बात नहीं पा रहे थे और मेरे दो तीन सवालों का तो जवाब ही नहीं दिया। कुल मिलाकर उन्हें अपनी सेल करनी है। जैसे भी हो जाए ग्राहक के हित की कोई भी जानकारी देने में वह लोग सक्षम नहीं है। मैं वहां पर b6 महिंद्र इलेक्ट्रिक व्हीकल के लिए गया था। मुझे पहले से कुछ जानकारियां थी लेकिन उनसे जो जानकारी प्राप्त करना चाह रहा था वह उनके पास नहीं थी। Maine test drive bhi Li lekin vahan per Jo gadi vah driver log 6 mahinon se chala rahe the unhen bhi gadi theek se chalana nahin a rahi thi। एक दो बार जाकर और थोड़ा समझाना पड़ेगा तब कहीं जाकर निर्णय ले पाऊंगा की गाड़ी लेना है या नहीं।

I have got my scorpio serviced. The technical service department is very good. Staff is also very nice. but Even after the washing charge is very high, the washing team is not good. Doesn't clean well or use shampoo. The reply given by your company on the review is going on by copy-paste. Same message is sent to all. If you are not sure then check it. You can't even write 2 lines to satisfy the customer. Very nice Mahindra.

Very very bad staff, aap showroom me jao aur ghumte raho yaha par sales person ki process hi puri nhi hoti hai… process krne k baad bhi assigned sales girl ko phone chalane se hi time nahi hai… such a bad experience i had here.. will never visit this showroom again.. does not recommend this place at all

I booked an XUV 7XO (AX7, Stealth Black) from Somya Vehicles on 21 May 2026 (Booking Receipt No. 099440) and paid the booking amount in advance. At the time of booking, the sales executive Ms. Shreya clearly promised me delivery by the end of June. Because I believed their service was good and trustworthy, I even referred a friend to this showroom. Now, that trust has completely backfired. As of today, they are not honouring the delivery date they promised, and worse, nobody is willing to take responsibility for it. When I asked Shreya, she just redirected me to the manager. When I asked the manager and requested some accountability, his response shocked me—he basically said "if you don't want to wait, cancel your booking and go book from another dealer." Is this any way to treat a customer who trusted you, paid in advance, and even brought you a referral? This is extremely unprofessional. Making big promises at the time of booking to close the sale, and then refusing to stand by them—or even take responsibility—is nothing short of misleading customers. I was fully willing to wait if there was a genuine delay. All I asked for was a clear, written delivery date, which any honest dealership should be able to provide. Instead, I got attitude and zero accountability. I would strongly advise other buyers to get every commitment in writing before paying anything here (Booking Ref: 099440), and to think twice about the after-booking experience. Promises made before payment and the treatment received afterward are two completely different things at this showroom.
