Mahindra Somya Vehicles Pvt Ltd - SUV & Commercial Vehicle Showroom

My overall experience with Somya Motors has been quite disappointing. For the last 15 days, I’ve been continuously following up for a test drive (especially a home test drive) so my family could also review the car. Unfortunately, no one attended properly at the showroom, and I didn’t receive any clear or satisfactory response — even after making a booking. Every time there was only delay and excuses, with no value shown for customer time or commitment. Finally, I’ve decided to go ahead with Abhikarn Mahindra, as I found them much more responsive and customer-oriented. Suggestion: For a smooth, respectful and professional buying experience, I’d recommend choosing Abhikarn Motors over Somya Motors. ⭐ Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)

Akshat sir as a staff is nice person .Other staff member show support and very polite .About the car that is thing which blow our minds with its features. overall it is great experience of car delivery.

I went to bodyshop for my XUV’s Windshield I got the best service and welcomed very well got my car on time . Hospitality is also good .

Poor and Pathetic sales team especially. Asked for quotation of XEV 9E 2 days before and followed up for the same for couple of times too but haven't received till now.

Today my family members travelling to ujjain from Dhule(maharashtra) towards ujjain,but before 40 km of indore our vehicle mahindra neo N10 got had some issues we call to mahindra service centre they arrange towing vehicle and get our vehicle to Mahindra somya vehicles at indore and start working on issues of our car , during this time the staff behaviour is very good they also ask for snack and drink, because in our family some senior citizens and kids also with and successfully solve the issue.and we move towards to ujjain.overall great Experience. Don’t know if my review makes any difference but could not resist to put one. 1) First of all you are in luck if they answer your call through Google based number. 2) I enquired first time 20 days ago (not by calling, as they never answer). I put a query in Mahindra website so they had to call me. 3) Got assigned with a sales rep named Amit Mishra, he asked me to come to the showroom. I went on two occasions but he was not there. Don’t know if he was hiding or Mahindra assigned him on some field job. 4) On both the occasions, they had no Roxx or Scorpio N to show me. (Then why did you invite me to come for a test ride) 5) Finally a good man from Mahindra introduced Lakshya to me who is another sales person. After two days of follow up he finally gave me a test ride, for which I am obliged. 6) I finalised on Scorpio N and wanted to book so asked him over message to confirm final price and waiting period. He said showroom was closed for Diwali and then further closed due to sad demise of the owner of the showroom. It’s been 10 days to that still no one bothered to text or call back to me. 7) meanwhile I contacted the Sales Head of Saumya showroom Ashutosh but he was so busy to pick up the call or call back. Ultimately I came to a conclusion that these people are either overwhelmed with record sales of vehicles so they don’t care OR they are utterly useless. Finally I called another agency of Mahindra in INDORE which is nearby to Saumya. They answered all my doubts and I booked my Scorpio N with their help today. AVOID SAUMYA unless you are bound to buy from there only.

Visited Mahindra Soumya Showroom and was shocked by the complete lack of etiquette and professionalism. The entire staff was busy on their phones and gossiping among themselves, without any interest in showing us the cars or attending to us. Extremely disappointed with the careless attitude
