I had a very disappointing experience with Khandelwal Suzuki. The after-sales service is extremely poor and unprofessional. My vehicle’s RC was delayed by 2–3 months, and even now I have only received a PDF copy. Despite multiple visits to collect the hard copy, the staff keeps giving excuses like “it has been sent to another branch” or “it will be available today/tomorrow,” but nothing is actually resolved. The servicing quality is equally disappointing. Out of the scheduled services completed so far, none have properly addressed the issues I reported. Each time, the vehicle is returned in the same condition with only basic oil changes done. After the first service, I had to send the vehicle again due to unresolved problems, and even after the second service, the same issues are still present. Overall, the service lacks professionalism, accountability, and customer care. I would not recommend this dealership to others.

Dont take your two wheeler for servicing because nobody monitors or supervise the work of technician, Paid 900 for servicing on 13 Dec 2025 and when checked the airfilter of access 125 even that has not been cleaned. Bottomline.....beware while depositing your bike for servicing....if you do not watch your bike while it is being serviced they will just clean it and give it you. A copy of complaint raised with Company is enlose. Simultaneously, complaint registered at Consumer Forum. .Dealership Name - Khandelwal autocorp private limited. District - Indore (M.P) Submitted Suzuki Access 125 for paid servicing on 13 Dec 2025 at Khandelwal Suzuki Service Center situated at M.G Road Indore. After servicing when I revisited and enquired to technician whether he cleaned the air filter, he responded that it is always a part of paid servicing and therefore it has been cleaned alongwith other parts and components. To this effect I asked to show the air filter. He opened the box, I was shocked to know that it has not been opened let alone cleaned as there was dust all over the box. I complained the same to the Service Manager, he remained silent on the same and therefore I contacted General Manager Mr Bhavsar. He further shed his responsibility by saying "speak to Service Manager" and disconnected the call. The above incident shows that the customer grievances have been neglected and is of least importance to them. The way the service manager and general manager responded and acted upon shows that even after such gross misconduct and mistake on the part of the technician they considered it as a normal incident. It is noted that cleaning of air filters is the most essential part of general servicing and if that has been neglected it seems to suggest that the technician have not been carrying there duty with due care as there has been no supervision and monitoring. The system is encouraging such ignorance. With trust and confidence the customers left their bike to get it serviced and paid their hard earned money for the same. But due to a complete disorderness, carelessness and lack of sensitivity to customer's grievances the aforesaid dealer has been carrying on without fixing the accountability and gross negligence in servicing of bikes. To this effect, following are mandated & requested :- (a) That the servicing charges paid amounting to Rs. 450/- be refunded. (b) A stern disciplinary action be initiated against the General Manager, Service Manager for their lack of sensitivity and ignorance. (c) The owner of the Khandelwal Suzuki be taken to task by issuing a Show Cause Notice for poor delivery of servicing to customers. The matter has been raised to Consumer Forum vide Grievance Number: 8330125 dated 14 Dec 2025 seeking refund of servicing amount and prompt action
