I gave my scooty for servicing yesterday and today when I came back to take it then they served me this without even cleaning it and without even washing it. Took the whole amount and then denied stating that due to water shortage they won’t be able to wash it. Upon which they started arguing that they informed us earlier which they actually didn’t. If they’re not able to wash it they could have atleast cleaned it with wet cloth, at the end wrote to me on my bill “washing left”. Will be coming back whenever the water supply goes good . Very disappointing.

I made a mistake by purchasing my vehicle from Khandelwal Suzuki and continuing to use their service center. Before the sale, the staff made big promises about customer support and service quality, but the reality after delivery has been completely different. Whenever I take my vehicle for servicing, I am told to come back in the evening. However, when I return, I am often informed that the service has still not been completed. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was suddenly told, "Just wait two more minutes, it will be done." This made me question whether the service had actually been carried out properly. After waiting, I noticed that only the engine oil had been changed, and I was told that the service was complete. It felt like the vehicle was being opened and checked only after I raised concerns, rather than as part of a thorough service process. The most disappointing part was being informed by the manager that vehicles are not washed after servicing at their service center. For a service center of this size, this is unacceptable and reflects a lack of attention to customer satisfaction. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this service center. I strongly suggest that potential customers carefully consider their options before purchasing a vehicle or relying on this workshop for servicing. There are likely better alternatives that value customers' time, trust, and money. Very disappointing experience with both customer service and after-sales support.
