I got my Activa 110 Standard serviced today at Rajpal Honda — this was my first free service. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The scooter was returned to me in the same condition as when I had given it for servicing — without proper cleaning or visible effort from the staff. When I pointed this out to the service representative present there, he completely ignored my concern and casually tried to wipe the scooter with a dirty cloth instead of doing a proper wash. Such an unprofessional and careless attitude is completely unacceptable, especially from a reputed dealership like Rajpal Honda. There was absolutely no sense of professionalism or customer value in the service provided. I had expected far better service standards and customer care. I request that this issue be looked into seriously and that proper action be taken to ensure such experiences are not repeated with any customer in the future.

Very bad experience and staff is very rudely behave or ye baat sunne ko Raji nhi hai jisse bhi kuch pucho to bolta hai aap waiting launc mai betho or yaha waiting launc mai na ac to hai pr Bo dekhne k liye fen laga hai pr Bo bhi dekhne k liye or gadi ko bahut gande tarike se service krte hai bahut hi jada gandha experience raha mera yaha ka jisko aapni gadi kharab krwana ho bo yaha service krwane laye mei Honda se anurodh krta hu ki agar aapko aapni company chalani hai to service center pr jada diyan de agar aapki service ese hi rahegi to aage se mai khud or aage se sabko mana krunga ki Honda ka koe vechal na le very bad,,🤬😡

3rd class service I have purchased Activa 6g Frome there after 15 days it's parts burnt and they not take any responsibility and told me that we will try to solve your problems after 10 day they not do any thing and in the last they told me it will not cover in warranty then I have to pay for new parts in other service center after 14 days Only 260 km running scooty They not make proper PDI

Very bad service also staff abusing any time fighting also no proper response
