Review for Rajpal Honda Service Centre, Sapna Sangeeta (Indore) I had a really disappointing experience with Rajpal Honda Service Centre at Sapna Sangeeta. Their service management is quite poor — especially around public holidays. They often don’t have enough workers during those times, and they expect customers to drop their vehicles early in the morning (before 10 or 11 AM). If you reach after 1 PM, they won’t accept your vehicle for service and will simply ask you to come again the next day. Customer service is unhelpful and lacks basic courtesy. It seems like they are least bothered because they already have too many customers in the area and are comfortable in their monopoly. Unfortunately, that shows in their attitude and service quality. I had purchased an annual maintenance plan that included three free services. For my third service, I had to make multiple trips just to get my vehicle attended to. On top of that, my Activa had a battery issue that they couldn’t fix because there were no workers available around the holiday period. I eventually had to get it repaired through an external vendor and was at loss for the third free service which was part of the Annual Maintenance plan. Overall, the experience was frustrating and far from what one expects from a reputed brand like Honda. The centre needs serious improvements in both customer handling and staff availability. Consider this a word of caution for anyone planning to get their vehicle serviced here.

I had the worst experience with rajpal honda... The after sale service is pathetic, rude staff behaviour... force sell vehicle services plan and their new vehicle parts without even checking the warranty... getting problems in the first year itself in activa models. Within first year, they made my 2nd yearly service as 3rd as i had given my vehicle on 8th month.... Sharing after service picture too
