Good place. I was given the brief for and shown Activa 6G properly. Staff were good. I found that they were positive and motivated because of their manager who is a gentleman. Were offered tea, which is not very common due to COVID. Whole process of buying and getting delivery took 1 hr. Sale letter they gave me next day. Overall quick and good experience!

I leave my bike on Friday and got bike service after 3 days i.e on Monday. Wrong commitment just for extra earning. Found so many extra labour charges in bill. Some of the things are unnecessarily added in the bill. Staff is also rude. Management look into this type of mis management otherwise it can definitely cut customers. Updated:: (29/07/2024) ———————— I discussed the problem with higher management and the message is conveyed and the billing issue is sorted. The prompt response is commendable from them. I hope they will update their services and give better services onwards.
