The service is very bad or they don't complete the work in one go and do incomplete work The behaviour of the staff here is also very bad. My experience here has been very bad.
Very good staff special ms mega is very nice. She is very help full.
I wish I had an option to rate them in minus, after service is soo poor. I regret not purchasing my recent activa from Sham Honda. Staff is really rude they don’t value your time at all and one of them said I need to wait and compromise for time and make me sit in waiting area for 1 hour+. WORST would be a small word for their after sale services.
Really bad experience Customers care is just for show no complain number was provided for 2 complain which I did.
I don't even want to give 1 star. Pathetic people and pathetic service, during servicing of my activa they broke the metal sheild attached at back side. And jab batane gya they blame you k aap hi ne ni dekha hoga pehle se hogaa, jaake velding krwaa lijie. After lot of argument also they are not accepting there mistake. Please don't give your vehicle here for service. They don't know how to work and how to treat customer.
