Good service and team behaviour good

I requested the staff to install my motorcycle’s number plate at home as I wasn’t able to ride due to a minor injury. The manager and other staff members greeted me so well and sent a service staff another day to do the work. Their behaviour was professional and polite to me. Had a good experience.

Very disappointing experience at [RAIZING SUZUKI]. I booked a Access SPL on 13.03.2026, but the delivery process has been extremely slow with no clear updates. To make matters worse, the customer handling is poor. There are very few staff members available to assist, and those present seem uninterested in helping once the booking is done. I have had to follow up multiple times myself just to get basic information. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their delivery timelines and staff training. I would not recommend this showroom if you are looking for a smooth buying experience.

सबसे जादा घटिया सर्विस है इस की यहा कोई टाइम पे नही होता है और जब देखो इसका कोई इनका मेंबार खाना खा ने चला जाता है और 2 घंटे बाद आता है 2 दिन से मेरी access है इसके पास अभी तक नही दी इन ने सभी को यहा से मत लेना और कही से लेले ना

Mene yahan se gaadi purchase ki 2nd service k baad senser kharaab ho gaye yahan se exchange kr k koi aur gaadi me lga diye 3 rd service me battry exchange kr di service. Do not trust this dealer and service centre. Bhut pareshaan kra h in logo ne

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this showroom. I purchased an Access 125 scooter more than 12 months ago, but I still have not received the registration. Every month I visit the showroom, and the staff keeps saying it will be available in 1–2 days, but nothing has happened yet. I would also advise customers to carefully inspect vehicles before purchase, as I have concerns about the quality of vehicles being sold. The staff is unhelpful, unprofessional, and does not know how to properly deal with customers. Since the day I purchased my scooter, I have faced multiple issues. Whenever I take it for servicing, they claim the problem has been fixed, but the same issue returns within 1–2 days. Overall, my experience has been very poor. I would not recommend purchasing a bike or scooter from this showroom.
