Suzuki Motorcycle (Raizing Suzuki, Indore, Bengali Square)

I booked access top model on 29th march here and i told her my colour choice and i will pick up on 9th April gudi padwa, she told me that everything will ready and you will get a new model not a demo model. On 9th April when i reached here she told me that this colour is not available we have sold it to another customer, this demo model is only available and they don't even wash it it was full of dust, i was very unhappy and angry but i don't say anything because of gudi padwa, after a day i was facing issue in my vehicle and told them that it is making a sound on speed breaker and they said that they will check on servicing and last week 26th April Friday i give for first servicing on morning 11 am around and in night 8pm around when i reached to pick up my vehicle they didn't even wash it and i am very disappointed from there services and i have uploaded a video also. Guys first think and then purchase from here, they are just charging money and not giving priority customers.

I purchased a Suzuki bike from your company, and it started emitting smoke automatically. After that, I got it serviced, but a few days later the meter stopped working and the battery completely discharged. Due to this issue, I had to push the bike on foot from Palasia to your showroom. If this bike had blasted, I could have lost my life. Have you ever thought about what would have happened to my family in such a situation? I am absolutely not satisfied with your company or your bike. The quality is extremely poor and very disappointing. 🥹🥹 Anyone who values their life should think twice before purchasing a bike from this showroom.

They don’t clean the vehicle, oil stains and dust everywhere. The only thing which is supposed to be perfect is cleaning and wash, but this service centre is bad here.

I visited here twice for my vehicle service and I found the service centre near and clean. Professional staff, ready to listen and help you with a sound solution. They never force you to opt for unnecessary services. Servicemen follow proper instructions as described by the company and deliver the vehicle on time. The waiting area accommodates 8 people at a time. You will find flyers and information material. Also, there is a display of genuine accessories and parts. You can pick authentic parts as per requirement. Currently they are providing AMC at INR 1300. Which includes 3 services in a year with discounts on parts and service charges. The best thing about them is that they are knowledgeable. They offer you tips to avoid damaging parts. They are transparent with costs and provide tension free service. A must visit place for service. It will be helpful if someone shares their purchase experience with RaiZing Suzuki

The showroom was easy to reach with the google map. The staff was so polite & cooperative. My bike insurance was done in just 10/15 minutes . The servicing of the bike was justified & on time completed servicing of the bike .
