I visited your store a few days ago because I needed a laptop, but the behaviour of the person from your finance team was extremely unprofessional. He made inappropriate gestures towards other staff members about me and spoke to me in an overly casual manner, as if I were his friend. It made the whole situation very uncomfortable and awkward for me. I even complained to the store manager, and later that night around 12 AM, he messaged me to apologise. This was again completely unprofessional and made me even more uncomfortable. This was my first visit to Lotus, and unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience for me. Please ensure that you hire professional staff who understand how to maintain proper conduct with customers.
