Regret my decision by purchasing AC from lotus, while selling the product, so many promises and after sales, least bothered for the solution of customer's problem . Very poor service from Lotus and Godrej. We purchased a Godrej AC from the Lotus AB Road Indore branch. After the sale, they assigned a technician for installation, Mr. Samir Khan , he was in so hurry that he was not ready to suggest the appropriate place for installation but wanted to install at the place where he can finish his task as fast as he can to accomplish many more targets. Again and again saying "itni der thodi lagti hai aur bhi jagah jana hai " , he was actually becoming so restless while installing, hence forcibly convinced to install at the entrance. Severe deficiency and Lack in service has been done by godrej and lotus electronics because due to his irresponsible and disinterest behaviour AC got installed at wrong place as well , he weakened the entrance wall , objections have been raised by the other residents, our hard earned money wasted as well we have suffered from mental agony also. This is so disheartening for the layman people who trust the brands but they are being cheated with their mal-intentions and wrongful gains. As he was extremely rude and uncooperative, we tried not to argue much and compelled to follow his misguidance. He was in a hurry to complete as many installations as possible in a day, resulting in a wrong installation and noise issues. When I raised a complaint, I didn't receive a proper response from Lotus either. Instead, they kept transferring me to different branches, without resolving the issue." Mr.samir banged the phone on me while I was telling him the issue .
