Thankyou Sir for Exam oriented batch and help us to understand AFM in such an interesting manner. Really grateful towards your efforts towards teaching us AFM Will make you proud by Result Thankyou Sir.

Sir, I genuinely want to say this from the bottom of my heart - the way you deliver the content, the depth with which you explain every concept and the clarity you bring to even the most complicated topics is truly unmatched. You didn’t just teach AFM; you made us understand how to think through a problem, approach a question and trust the process. All the concepts, the confidence, the lessons and most importantly the crazy AFM memories are going to stay with us for a very long time. Thank you for everything sir 🙏

I did AFM earlier from another faculty, it was all done with full attention and still there was no clarity on this Subject. Then one of my friend told me to take classes from Praveen sir. I swear the day i started his EO batch Nov 26…i feel the way he teaches ….no other faculty can teach this subject. He clears not just concept but basics also related to AFM topics which i found very interesting about sir. In 3 hrs of one lecture, his dedication is incredible and the same level of energy and consistent efforts. Each and every detail is taught. I actually feel confident in this subject after studying from Praveen sir. I regret that why i could not search him before for my CA final preparation.

I recently taken the AFM EOB batch, and the experience has been very nice. Sir’s teaching style is truly great sir specifically highlights the common mistakes students make in exams and guides us step-by-step on how to avoid them. It is very very useful further explaining about share markets are a wonderful bonus. The course is worth far more than the price i paid. Thank you so much, Sir, for such an impactful learning experience!

Praveen Khatod Sir is an excellent AFM faculty. His concepts are explained in a very simple and practical way, which makes difficult topics easy to understand. Highly recommended for CA Final AFM!

I had recently purchased your exam oriented batch... But it doesn't feel like exam oriented.. It feels like we are studying in a regular class. Such in depth clarity of each and every topic. Thankyou so much sir for your efforts.

Honestly, one of the best teachers I’ve come across for AFM. The way you explain even the most difficult concepts makes them feel so simple and logical. What I really appreciate is the depth of knowledge, conceptual clarity, and the practical approach you bring into every topic. AFM can be intimidating, but your teaching makes the subject much more interesting and manageable. The way you connect concepts and explain the “why” behind everything is truly commendable.

I’m genuinely so glad that I chose Praveen Kathod Sir for AFM. The way Sir explains every concept is incredibly clear and easy to understand, which helps in building a strong conceptual foundation. This strong foundation gives us the confidence to tackle questions of any level in the ICAI examinations. Truly grateful and thankful to have chosen Praveen Kathod Sir for AFM.
