Alpha Academy | Praveen Khatod Classes

"CA Final AFM ke liye CA Praveen Khatod Sir ki classes sach mein bahut helpful hain. Unka exam-oriented approach aur concepts ko simple tarike se samjhane ka style bahut badhiya hai. Kam time mein pura syllabus cover karne ke liye Alpha Academy ka yeh batch best hai. Highly recommended!"

He is arguably the best AFM teacher in India. His teaching style is so effective, engaging, and concept-oriented that once you study AFM from him, you’ll find it difficult to enjoy learning from any other teacher. What makes him stand out is his ability to explain even the most difficult concepts in a simple, logical, and practical manner. He doesn’t just focus on solving questions—he makes sure you understand the underlying concept and the reasoning behind it. His classes give you the confidence to approach even the toughest AFM problems without feeling intimidated. If you are serious about AFM and want a teacher who can make the subject interesting, understandable, and exam-oriented, I would highly recommend him.

Teaching is exceptional, the depth and conceptual clarity praveen sir provided was never expected and brought a clear idea of what finance is supposed to be about, wish I had discovered him earlier.

So glad that I chose Praveen Kathod sir for AFM...all the concepts are explained in such a crystal clear manner which helps in building a strong foundation which further enables us to tackle any kind of paper from ICAI...greateful and glad that I have chosen Praveen Kathod Sir for AFM

I took EO batch last month and I must say the knowledge and confidence you get after watching lectures and solving questions is next level. Sir makes sure he revises the content in the next class as well and he also takes doubts in the WhatsApp group. If you want to score well and also understand the subject please go for it. No complains.

Studying AFM from Praveen khatod sir is my best decision. He is best faculty providing complete and detailed revision. Don't think twice just go for Praveen khatod sir .

It was a great experience, Parveen Sir have great knowledge and he has taught us exceptionally well. So grateful 🙏🏻 …

Praveen Khatod Sir is an exceptional faculty for CA Final AFM. What makes his teaching stand out is his practical approach to the subject. Rather than just focusing on formulas and problem-solving, Sir ensures that students understand the underlying concepts and their practical application. His way of explaining complex topics in a simple and structured manner makes AFM much easier to understand. The emphasis on conceptual clarity, practical scenarios, exam-oriented preparation, and comprehensive coverage gives a well-rounded learning experience. Highly recommended for anyone preparing for CA Final AFM.

Studying AFM from Praveen Kathod Sir has been a truly wonderful experience. What I loved most is the practical approach to teaching. Sir doesn’t just teach AFM for the exam — he gives practical knowledge and perspectives that you can actually apply in the stock market and in real life. For the first time, I felt that I didn’t have to blindly memorise a bunch of formulas. So many concepts and formulas became almost automatic because of the conceptual clarity Sir builds in class. ICAI may have raised the bar of CA Final exams, but teachers like Praveen Kathod Sir have raised the level of preparation and learning even higher. Thank you so much, Sir, for making AFM so practical, conceptual and interesting. It was genuinely a wonderful experience studying from you!

I had truly a great experience with Praveen sir's classes. On last day revision or starting revision for the first time students are mostly confused about how to start revision and which questions to practice and what to practice on last day. The champions book provided by sir has solved this problem of students by providing last day questions to practice. The book is beautifully designed for self practice. The reason that inspired me to buy his lecture was the his expertise in the subject and real life practical examples which enhanced my understanding about the subject .
