Ok
I had a very disappointing experience with Naval Coaching, Indore, after taking admission for ICAR preparation. Unfortunately, I found the teaching quality extremely poor. In my experience, some teachers appeared to lack clarity even about basic concepts, and when I asked questions, I did not receive satisfactory explanations. This made me seriously question the quality of the preparation being provided. What was even more disappointing was the refund experience. I requested a refund within just 3 days of admission, even though the admission form clearly stated that a refund would be processed if requested within 20 days. Despite this written condition, my refund was not processed. I believe students and parents should carefully consider the teaching quality and, most importantly, clarify the refund policy and its implementation before taking admission. Sharing this review so that other students can make an informed decision.
