My experience with Bellway Infotech has been extremely disappointing. On 09 September 2024, I purchased a PHP + Flutter Multi-Vendor Grocery Application from Bellway Infotech for ₹15,000. I paid ₹7,500 initially and later paid the remaining ₹7,500 after deployment discussions. I also paid an additional ₹2,000 for delivery API integration. Despite paying the agreed amount, I have still not received the complete project that was promised. I was provided with only a partially deployed admin panel, while the complete Flutter source code, vendor app, and delivery app were never delivered. When I requested the complete source code, I was asked to pay extra money. The amount demanded later increased, even though the project had already been paid for. I also had difficulty obtaining complete invoices for my payments. After investigating further, I contacted the original developer of the software, 6amTech. They informed me in writing that Bellway Infotech is **not authorized** to sell or distribute their product and is not affiliated with them. That raised serious concerns for me regarding the authenticity of what I had purchased. Over nearly a year, I experienced repeated delays, unresolved technical issues, incomplete delivery, and poor communication. As a customer, I invested my hard-earned savings into this project and expected transparency and professional service, but unfortunately my experience was the opposite. I encourage anyone considering doing business with Bellway Infotech to conduct thorough due diligence, insist on a written agreement clearly specifying deliverables, licensing, source code ownership, and obtain every invoice before making any payment. This review reflects my personal experience, and I have retained invoices, payment records, email correspondence, and other documentation supporting the above facts.
