Extremely Disappointed with Their Services I had a very poor experience with this social media management team. While their follow-up for payment is extremely prompt and aggressive, their actual service delivery is extremely disappointing. Despite clear commitments, there was no timely delivery of content — videos and photos that were promised for 1 month still remained incomplete even after 1 month and 20 days. Worse, they hardly respond to messages or calls. There is a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. I would strongly advise against hiring this team if you're looking for reliable and committed service. Totally unprofessional and not worth the investment.
