Rajani Cab Service

I had a very bad experience with this travel agency, and I believe the owner is dishonest. I had booked a cab for my Indore trip to visit Mandav and Omkareshwar. The cab provided was extremely dirty, with no proper cleaning at all. When I asked the driver about it, he simply handed me a cloth and asked me to clean it myself. During the Mandav visit, the driver had no knowledge about the places. I had to search everything on Google and guide him myself. The experience in Omkareshwar was even worse. Apart from the same cleanliness issues, the driver had a very negative attitude. Even before starting the trip, he kept saying that we should only visit Omkareshwar and that no other places were worth seeing. The situation became worse when the driver added his own food bill to ours without informing us. When we booked the cab, all expenses, including the driver’s allowance, had already been agreed upon. When we refused to pay for his food, he argued that all tourists pay for the driver’s meals. The issue was not that he ate food, but that he added it to our bill without our knowledge. When we raised this issue with the cab owner, the argument escalated, and he even threatened us. He said that if we did not pay for the driver’s food, the driver would take our luggage. I strongly advise others not to book cabs from this travel agency if you don't want to ruin your trip. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and behave like goons.

Last month I booked cab from rajani cab service for maheshwar and mandav,my experience is so good,I feel safe ride and behaviour of the driver is so helpful and good. The driver is so knowledgeable and gave us information about the forts and temples.The price is also affordable,I personally recommended to have one time experience with the rajani cab service.

I recently booked a cab from rajani cab service i feel very safe and they provide good response as I want , the driver behaviour is soo good , i book cab for khatushyam and for other places the driver is very good (Ritik) and very responsible for their work, he help us in luggages and all and suggest good thing in our route and provide good services ,i suggest all to have one time experience of this cab service.
