Very Horrible experience, first they didn't tell us that they have booked non AC car for us, when we asked to switch on the AC they demanded 200 extra and even after that they switched on AC on the lowest, Driver Piyush was very unprofessional, he suddenly told us that we should return back in 15 mins or else I am going somewhere and will return in 1.5 hrs. Do not book with these people. Very unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour. Review 2: After posting this review they called me again and didnot at all apologize for their behaviour, they were not ready to accept their mistakes and talked very rudely. Horrible cab service to opt. Please do not book if you don't want to face such rude person.

Best travels in indore

On 21st April 2025 first they sent Taxi, later driver told some problem in cab & they shift us to private car. In mean while our steel bottle remained their in shifting.Driver was told that he will send to home but even after 9 days done nothing. It’s now more than 70 days but done nothing. We sent some body but they have not returned.

We had booked a Tempo traveler online in Rajni Cab. At that time the car whose photo we had sent did not come and the driver was also sent a different one. We had no problem with these two things but the driver took 3.5 hours to cover the route which Google map was showing as 2 hours. When we all asked the driver to drive the car properly, he started demanding 5000 Rs. extra. When we told this to the Rajni Cab owner, he said, You will have to pay extra. This was our worst experience inside Indore. Because of them, we missed our train. And the reason for all this is only Rajni Cab Service. The worst Cab service is Rajni Cab service Indore.

We traveled from Indore to Jaisalmer via Chittorgarh, Udaipur, and Jodhpur using Rajni Travels. Before booking, Rajni Travels shared photographs of the Tempo Traveller, which appeared to be new and well-maintained. However, the actual vehicle provided was old and not as shown in the pictures. Issues with the Tempo Traveller: 1.Around 60% of the USB charging ports near the seats were not working, making it difficult to charge mobile phones. 2.Air leakage from the windows, likely due to the old condition of the vehicle. 3.The sound system had only two speakers at the back. To hear sound in the front, the volume had to be increased, which became irritating for passengers seated at the rear. 4.Bottle holders behind the seats were broken, so bottles could not be kept properly. 5.During the journey, we faced a horn malfunction, due to which we had to visit a garage mid-travel to fix it. 6.No seat belts were available on any seat, which is a major safety concern. 7.The only positive point about the vehicle was its good suspension. Issues related to the Driver: 1.Managing the driver became a major challenge throughout the trip. 2.We had to personally give wake-up calls to the driver, at least 1.5–2 hours in advance, and that too multiple times. 3.We had to arrange the driver’s night stay, as he did not carry any arrangements himself. 4.The driver often dominated decisions related to the trip, rather than following the booking plan. 5.Despite being ready on time, we were regularly delayed by 45 minutes to 1 hour because the driver took extra time to get ready. 6.Even after informing the driver 2–3 hours in advance about departure after sightseeing, he would still stop for tea, lunch, or dinner after all passengers were seated, causing further delays. 7.On reaching hotels or restaurants, the driver would go directly to the reception or counter first and engage in discussions, often prioritizing his interests over passenger convenience. Overall, the journey with Rajni Cab Services was disappointing due to poor vehicle condition, safety issues, and unprofessional driver management.

The Tempo Traveller had a comfortable suspension, which helped during long hours of travel and made the journey fairly smooth across different road conditions. Overall, the vehicle managed the long-distance trip adequately. Covering multiple destinations in a single trip was a good experience. Traveling together allowed us to enjoy the scenic routes and cultural highlights of Rajasthan at a relaxed pace. The driver stayed with us throughout the journey and was familiar with the routes. Managing long trips requires coordination, and while things moved at their own pace, the journey continued without major interruptions. The trip offered a good travel experience in terms of route, destinations, and overall journey. Booked a 26 seater Traveller for Indore to Bhopal drop. The vehicle was okay, but the driver Ritik Malviya was very arrogant and rude. He made everything possible to hamper our plans. He did not help us with the luggage, and continuously showed up-nose attitude, that spoiled everyone's mood. Avoid this travel company at all costs
