Worst experience I face in this showroom i go here for my bike servicing...very very unprofessional people are working in this showroom..there is no concern person is working who can handle customer problem..!! If you are coming for servicing they will target only to make big bills..ye bhi kharab hai wo bhi kharab hai ye change karna padega..they don't repair at all they replace how to irrited customer they know very well..I ask him where is your Manger I want to talk..they said we don't have manager jisne aapki gaadi liii wo hi baat karega aapse...please don't go there...worst worst worst royal Enfield showroom @royalenfield

Second Review — Recurring Service Issues at Jagdish Motors (Royal Enfield Authorized) This is my second review for Jagdish Motors because the same post-sale issues continue without any improvement. I booked my service in advance — message confirmed 08-11-2025, 09:15 AM (I had requested 09:30). Timing wasn’t the problem — the problem is how they handle customers after the sale. Job cards only start after 10:00 AM — Customers are called by 9:15 even though no real service activity begins before 10. This simply wastes everyone’s time. Overbooking despite limited capacity — The workshop can handle 4–5 bikes at once in full strength, yet 15-20 customers are asked to report at the same time. There’s no system or respect for people’s schedules. No corrective action despite feedback — I had raised this earlier, and even after the first review, no action or attention has been given by the management. Observation: Once the sale is done, the after-sales experience is neglected. The energy and attentiveness shown during the sales phase disappear completely after delivery. Verdict: If post-sale service isn’t taken care of, even a strong brand’s reputation can degrade over time. Royal Enfield should ensure that its authorized centers value customers beyond just the sale

Save yourself from awful experiences. They’ll try to scam you in every way you can’t imagine. I was in rush to get my dad gift for his birthday and wanted to complete my transaction asap. They got me a motorcycle with a defect hoping I won’t catch the dent on the fuel tank. And a cracked rear bumper. When I asked to get me another one they took 2 hrs to get another bike. You’ll be disgusted with the waiting experience. They provided water straight from the water bottle which was touched by all with greasy hands. Visit this showroom with odomos, else you’ll spend your waiting trying to fight mosquitoes. The lady tried to sell me helmet knowing I would get a free helmet that I wasn’t aware of. Later when I tried to return Rs.2700 worth helmet. She refused to do so. She was very rude. When my leg guard was installed it was hammered in. You can see clearly see inexperienced people working in the workshop. If I were you I won’t go this showroom.

One of the worst Service Center, i had worst of the Experience, they are typically looting making huge bills but NO Service, the washing was worst, no dedication towards service or customers, rather they wantvto prove customer only wrong, i had worst experience and would never recommend it to any one, I am just posting couple of Photos just after the service, Now u guys can make out..🤯😠😤😡
