Good services in all dealer specially sale

Worst experience ever..... ...me& my go for sevice of his royal enfield... The worker says us they service his bike at 2 pm. Appraox.. But full day we were at showroom. At. 4 pm they call us and say they need more time for service... They never value for their customer... Suggest all of you visit other showroom for service.......

Price is low as compare to other , but at the time of delivery they refuse their commitment sale team does not having business ethics. .if you go their only deal with Rajesh ji...or deal should be on paper. Overall No value for customer .

After that, the attitude changes. 2. **Hidden Charges & Document Drama**: Even when all your documents are in order, they keep asking for additional ones and gradually add unexpected charges. 3. **Extra Agent Fees – Even When Not Needed**: They charge additional "agent fees" for RC or processing work, even if you’ve done most paperwork yourself. 4. **Police Verification Hassle**: Even if you bring police verification, they’ll reject it if it’s not in their specific format—which they won’t share beforehand. You’ll end up running to and fro multiple times. 5. **Helmet Is Just a Formality**: They randomly give out helmet sizes, with no interest in ensuring it fits you properly. 6. **Proof Trap for Agent Fees**: Later, they might claim you never paid agent fees, and ask for proof months later. If you paid in cash and don't have proof, you risk paying again. Total trap. 7. **Poor Servicing Management**: You book service appointments and reach on time, but your bike will be taken up when they feel like it—may take 5+ hours easily, depending on their mood. **Verdict**: Overall, poor customer handling post-sale. Be prepared for a lot of unnecessary running around. If you're buying from here, document everything, keep every receipt, and follow up constantly.

Very bad experience, sirf bade bade bill banate hai yaha, koi bhi problem solve nahi hota, yaha par kabhi bhi mat ana.

Got bike in old condition,rusted chain ,noise from breaks , side mirrors broken and not even have brake reservoir fluid. Don't consider buying anything from here , seriously this will be the best decision of your life . Really wasted my money,time and efforts here.Even after continuous calls ,even appealed politely still no response from there side ,worst service.
