I wanna give rating in -5 even they don't deserve it. pathetic services and coustomer assistance. booked a bike 2 days prior and when I went take delivery they made me wait for 4 hours. if (the owner piyush mittal) reading this just sake your manager if you want to run this showroom.

If you really want to purchase new bike so please don't go this place.... Complete mismanagement ... Don't have expertise manpower for vehicle related servicing and office management. The behavior of staff is not good.... They don't deliver or inform you about bike related performance, bike features etc. I have purchased a new bike pulsar N150 from here on Dipawali.12.11.2023.. They have not deliver bike related service book and kit at the time of purchase even not deliver yet... On very next day my bike is getting issue of start.I approached to show room and inform them but they don't respond properly. If possible I want to give (-) 5 marks to manglam bajaj.

Good showroom, I got my dominar from there, great offerings

There is very poor service at the showroom and after payment no one even talks to them properly nor does they get the bike washed properly. There are water marks on the entire bike and I myself have cleaned the bike with my own hands. If you want CCTV You can see in the footage that even the panels of the bike are broken. 25/11/23 time 3:00 pm to 3:15 pm check the cctv thank you
