The manager anand jain don't even know how to handle the the customer even he told his staf in front of me that don't attend any customer more than 5 minutes.

Meri life ka Bajaj ka sabse bekar showroom yahan mujhe khud pani ke botal khareed ke Lage Pina pad rahi hai ya Pani pilane wala to koi nahin hai Aaj Pulsar Lene aaya hun baki mujhe khud photocopy karvane Jana pad raha hai mera Aadhar card ke liye yahan ka staff aapas mein ladai jhagada karte rahte hain

You can avail one to one services in one place. But battery replacement activities was stopped by the service centre . You have to replace batteries in some other shops only. Bajaj genuine Service parts not sales for individuals. You should get it done by centres only.

Google should give option for negative rating just because of this mangalam bajaj. Worst service centre in india, They dont hear the problem in servicing, they do what they want to do. Dont buy any vehicle from manglam bajaj. Unprofessional staff, worst service.

Worst authorised service centre in India... Their technicians( they are not) doesn't know how to deliver a service on time. I gave my Bajaj Discover 150F for service and they took more than 3 Days to get it done.

This place used to be good but its not anymore. I dropped my bike for servicing in the morning & even asked the guy before leaving my bike whether I'll get in by the evening or not? I added only if I'm getting my bike by evening I'll leave it, he promised me that I'll get my bike back. In the eve, I called them at around 6 pm, a girl picked up the call & said my bike will get ready in an hour. I reached the place at around 6:50 pm, the doora were shut, an employee was smoking near the door. I asked him about my bike, he said to visit tomorrow while smoking right in front of me(I'm not against his smoking but he should understand how to treat a customer). I approached the sales staffs(3 of them were there) through a window. I stated my problem & asked them if I can talk to the manager, while two of the staffs(a young guy & an old man) were trying to understand my problem, the other guy started laughing(he tried to hide his face) at my problem. I just wonder how can they provide a better service with these kind of staffs?
