I am listen with most of persons, "free service very badly done by service technician." Not work with full attention every free service done within 15 minutes.. But here paid service also done very quickly with un professional way also technician most of time talking with another technician and laughing.. also not working properly with your vehicle.. unnecessary part add with your job card..for making money.. your vehicle working part sell in local market behalf of unnecessarily spare part add in your job card..

I woul have given minus 5star if there was option for it .... 1) they lie to you about there service 2) Charges extra for everything sometimes above MRP of the parts. 3) Manager don't have etiquettes how to talk to customer. 4) once you bought vehicle staff members don't even care if basic services are provided to customer or not. Very bad experience to buy a new vehicle from here.Employee has no time commitment to the customer. We submitted all the documents and money in the morning, and also told the auspicious time to take delivery in the evening. This confirmation also came in the phone from their side in the afternoon that the vehicle is ready.Then in the evening when I went to collect the vehicle, they wasted my 1 hour in the name of paper work, after that when the vehicle was handed , its basic functions were not working. which took them back half an hour to correct If you want to buy a vehicle from here, then again and again you will have to take information from ahead.

Pathetic Customer Service and Sales. Went Showroom for enquiry so I could gift to my beloved one a Honda Vehicle. Spoiled my 45 minutes by giving my time to finance team to answer their queries and then as soon as their logoff time at 6pm was about to reach they took their bags and moved away at 5:45 leaving us their without any update on checks. A mere waste of time by 2 finance guys and no etiquette to handle the customers. Just felt bad and moved away and will never visit such showrooms. It's better we treat them with their way. Hope some things can improve and this do not happen to anyone. But if we have options why to visit Kasliwal. Ridiculous and disheartening experience.

Worst service center experience ever.....They charged me huge sum of amount but in the name of behavior and professionalism it was zero. Very disappointing. They made me feel like I got the service done for free.

Very poor service. Most of the time, the bike is not properly serviced. They don’t wash or clean the bike properly. They also fail to understand the actual issue with the bike. I have to visit multiple times to get the same problem fixed, and even then, the issue returns on the same day. The staff is also very rude.

Itne nagative review dekhne ke baad bhi mene service karwai Socho how fool I am... Servicing ke naam gaadi wash karke di hai. 3 problems bata ke uske pese alag se liye hai .. Bhai local garage par karwalo service. Yaha naa karwao
