Don't come to this service centre, they don't deserve any star. they have unprofessional mechanics. They don't know how to clean carbarator, he told to change it in Rs3500. They took Rs1900 for general service and did nothing. I went to this service centre for the leakage of petrol from carbarator. He was unable to tell me the reason of this problem so mechanic told me to change it , so much unprofessional. Returned my Activa with same problem, they don't have spare parts. They don't have machines to repair alignment issus. They are simply looting your money.

Bad experience at kasliwal honda service centre at indraprastha tower Firstly They called us that ur scooty is ready when reached there the washing was not done even the main problem of our vehicle was not resolved Even when we complained there manager lavish about this he don't know what to do he was such a foolised person I don't know who appoint him such a stupid person If this type of people will work in such standard brand definitely quality will compromised Plz don't go there

Worst experience while giving vehicle for service, workshop executives is very slow & all executives focus on one customer other customers are watching their behavior & waste their time. I will not recommended anyone to go Kasliwal Honda for service of vehicle because when you go their you only waste of your time. No one hear on Kasliwal Honda, when you complaint for the same the executive argue with you & justify himself.

Must say completely careless workers. I gave my activa for service on Saturday evening. Sunday was suppose to be their holiday, so I received my vehicle on Monday evening only to see my activa covered in dust and mud. So we complained to them and then they washed my activa and gave it to us. One day after oil started leaking about which they had informed me earlier but they told us that it's nothing to worry, you can get it changed afterwards. Also my RPM was not set. Thus, I am not at all satisfied with their quality of service.

Worst service ever🤬Don’t give them your vehicle for service .Vo use aur kharab kar k de denge or fir aapko bolenge camera me dekh lijiye humne kiya hi nahi nd all ….Or bolenge ki hum karwa denge… na ek call karte hai ki aapki gadi nahi sahi hui hai… Aap ko bulaenge or bolenge ye to hum abhi sahi kar denge …Na kbhi service k liye call aata hai…Or sab aapse ladne aa jaaenge… Worst experience ever.. Koi bhi mat jaana kabhi yaha service karane.. Yaha ka manager ne owner ka number manga to vo bhi nhi diya unhone… And said nahi denge vo very rudely…Ek to in logon ki galti or humse rudely baat kar rahe..

Kasliwal Honda Pipliyahana Square Indore's service and bike quality are very poor. They sell bikes to customers, but only pretend to provide service when problems arise.

Yaha se kabhi koi gaadi na le plzzz kyu ki 3rd class service hai inki or to or staff ko baat karne ka tarika nhi hai bilkul bhi or aapki gaadi me koi choti se problem hai to uska solution nhi batayenge direct aapka slip katwayenge uske baad bhi kaam proper nhi hota kabhi bhi isliye gaadi lena to dur ki baat hai yaha se koi service bhi na karaye isse accha apne pass mechanic se karwaye kam paise me accha kaam

Very disappointed i purchased activa 6g in July from here and its six months has been completed bt rc has not received yet. she told i will call you bt no call till now. they took Service charges however they told no services charges applicable on starting three services bt they charged even not only 100-200rs they charge maximum 1000-2000rs for this.😠😠😠 And very very low services

Waiting time is much greater then as expected at the time of putting vehicles at center. After servicing also they didn't have proper shades where they park this vehicles. Staff is good and supported but there is lake of communications between them at some technical points. Overall it is a Good service center but expectation of a customer from a Honda service center is far much higher then they provide.
