Suzuki Gixxer SF is a great bike to drive. Service is good and staff is also good

I had worst experience on this Suzuki showroom, they are just running behind money, no commitment, no service, very poor behavior with customers. They are just finding ways to loot customers. We had taken delivery of one of the best product of Suzuki ' Hayabusa 2023 Model' ,they just managed to deliver it anyhow but they charged us for words even they were speaking. There showroom GM turned from his commitments and misbehaved at last moment. I will never suggest anybody to even step in this Showroom. They are greedy and selfish people. They don't know how to treat customers.

Very poor service. I advice not buy scooty from this showroom.

The advisor should improve his behavior, talk to the customer nicely and tell the delivery time and also tell what happened to the scooter. The condition is very bad. While talking to the customers of Raj Suzuki, he talks with a lot of attitude, does not give correct answers and does not explain. The work that he said has not been done.I will complain at HO level.

Despite registering the complaint on 11 Dec 2025, customer care keeps responding with the same message: “Please wait, complaint is in process” — no action has been taken so far.
