Suzuki Motorcycle (Raj Suzuki, Indore, Bhawarkua Square)

I took quotation of access. Next day I went to purchase access. The sales man said gift are finished. Come later. After some time I went again, gift was not available. I went again after one month , they denied to give gift and said the person to whom you deal that sales man had left her job . Now no gift is there . We are not responsible for that. And trying to get records and list and making us fool. Over all, A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Pathetic showroom, sales executives are least bother to entertain you. I went to enquire about access 125 and they were least interested. Close your showroom if you don't want to sell your stuff

Very poor service. Don’t don’t care about giving a after sales service to their customers.. within the range of 1 km they don’t provide pickup nd drop facility for service.. i asked them 3 times on different days they come out with thier excuses.. as being i am working in automobile industry if u don’t give your customer a great experience.. u will not grow ur buisness

Worst after sale service.. first the service center officials have no way to talk to the customer. Customer service official have rudest way of talking to the customer. Second they stole my battery and put an old obsolete battery in my access and after that they pressurise me to buy new battery. There is no option of giving them 0 star otherwise I would have given them 0.

Absolutely pathetic service center, i went to give my access 125 for service, they kept me waiting for 30mins, and when my chance came, he told me to come after 1 hour, coz whole staff going for lunch together. I told him to keep my vehicle for service, I'll pick up and pay you whatever the amount will be. Still he said no to me. And this is not the first time they are doing this every-time they come up with some new excuses to trouble the coustomers.

Not at all satisfactory service. Gave my suzuki access for servicing, Staff told me to get servicing done for parts which didn't require servicing. Also they made sure i have a hard time getting my vehicle back. After 8 days they returned, that too not fully serviced My vehicle stopped at the nearby signal. Took back to their service station and then they fixed it properly.

Worst service centre I have ever visited to , behaviour of workers is not at all good they communicate with their customers in very rude behaviour. I wanted them to just change my gixxer's acceleration cable and when I asked them price then they all were giving me different price. When the acceleration cable was changed they did not made the fittings properly , all the switches are not at their place properly and now I m suffering just because of their work. Never visit to this service centre which is located at bhawarkua , worst service centre I have visited.

Be Cautious while dealing with Manager...😂 Rest Fine but one should prefer other outlet. …
