Worst servicing experience, don't have the parts for N160. They don't explain the issue/problem in your bike. They charge for the fix that you didn't tell them to do or they did without informing you.

They dont have a maners how to manage a customer I am at showroom on 15 june for Ns200 One of their representative came and giving me details And after 2-3 minutes he start using his phone and not answering me properly am asking him again and again for more details but he is busy with his social media accounts Worst experience with bajaj not recommended 🙏🏻

Service engineer and even the helper talks rudely and took 6 days just to check the wiring, i do not recommend this service centre to anyone. Mechanic name was Ali , he said humare yaha se sudharvaoge to he dikkat batyenge nito kahi aur se krva lo , that too after i paid the wire checking amount around rs 550

Wrost behavior for yug bajaj coating employe cheating and juth Bolney Vala kaam karte hai pehle bola scratch dhikega ni Jada but baad me payment karane ke baad juth bolte hai ki apko btaya tha ye na hoga I advice coating na karaye koi wrost experience next time I am not going very bad service don't going anyone

Worst customer service I have ever seen in any bike dealer, everytime you have to call more than 10 times and they always ignore. I would never recommend any to visit them, worst customer service.

Never buy a bike from here! When my bike was not starting so i take my bike to showroom mechanic check a bike and told rat eat wire Then they told me they need to install whole wiring of bike which cost 12k then mechanic added installation charges of 4.5k and one more part which cost 4k Then i ask them to repair it they told its not repairing then i told i will do from outside then they tell me we will repair wire for 7k then when i told no for this then mechanic told i have talked to wire guy he will do it in 5k then further he told at last 3.5k then I understood that this mechanics are fraud they only want to loot the money of there customers then i told them to pack my bike back and toke my bike to a local garage an they told me it only 2 wire which rat has eaten and they repaired it and my bike was started and it only cost me 1k So at the end you can see how fraud they are they want to loot 15-20k from customer So shameless and fraud peoples.

Guys, they have third class service centre, my bike was not starting, I went to the service center, I had gone for service 2 months ago, my bike was not starting but that problem started coming back to me So I went to the service center but Rakesh ji angrily told me that I do not know how to talk to customers, please never go there 😡😡 …
