Acchi service karte.hai bhai log. Time pe and AMC card banwao toh 3 service charges freee as normally service charges are 700 in market and card is only 1200 for a year and get a 5 % discount on everything

If google allow me to give negative ratting then i would be more happy to give it. The worst service experience i have had in my life. Poor management and looting to customer is primary goal of this dealer and service provider. Third class service engineers whose way of talking to customer is too bad. No expertise to find right issues. According to them the servicing of bike is only changing the oil and washing. And please dont leave petrol into bike otherwise when you will go to pickup then In any case your petrol tank will be empty. You can not ask any cross question to manager otherwise you will get answer like 15 SAAL SE YAHA BAITHKR ZAKK NAHI MARWA RHE HAI. And yes please dont tell them you will complaint against it otherwise you will get in reply like TUZSE BANE WO KRLE.

2 Stars just because of the Sales person. The Showroom is Fine to buy two wheelers, but the Service is Poor. Those Workers in Servicing are shameless and take hours for a 15 mins thing. Had a Great experience of buying a bike here, by Sales Representative Miss Pooja Mishra Ma'am, all efforts ruined by pathetic service center workers.

Service center manager seems illiterate and doesn't have the manners to talk with the customer. He is an employee, He does not care about owner profit and reputation of dealership brand. Advice for owner: Replace the service manager with Decent guy, Who can make the reputation of the dealership brand and make it more profitable.

I gave these people NS60 to replace their batteries that these people told me, sir, you will get your battery inside a science but it will be above A quick, then I did not get the battery. Later these people used to pick up the battery. From there, I picked up my battery and even these people did not ask whether you got the battery or not, it does not make any sense to them. To the people and very useless service of these people

I have purchased descover from here. They gave me old battery and when I raised issue, they started arguing. After one month I had changed battery and it is working good from last 4 years. Also they were delayed issueing insurance copy.

Confused bunch of people, the servicing staff has no idea what they are talking about. They say contradicting things. They gave an estimate of 5k for my bike's service, and 11600 the next day. They were so keen to work on my engine and charge an extra 5k for it that they were not even listening to what I was saying. Not sure if you can trust them.

Worst experience I ever had, I getting my bike servicing from a long and doing all the things as per engineer suggestions but there was no use at all. In last service they charged for oil change and when I checked outside after one week of service there were no oil found in my bike due to that complete engine got effected and now they asking me to pay 15k to fix that engine problem, The people are working there doesn't even know about engine parts... I just want to say if you guys love your Bike don't ever go for service there PFA have complained to bajaj customer care but they have closed the ticket without any resolution

Very very bad experience with service centre, Ye log bas loot rahe.. ap bologe ki avg kr de rahu to usko thik karne ki jagah apko or bad avg milega.. Indicator change karwao to light kharab karenge Disc oil change karwaoge to disc hang or denge. Bike thik nahi karenge lutenge… 5-7 bar bulayenge then misbehave karenge

Bed experience, The money paid in advance booking was not included in the main price of the bike. There is lack of communication skills among the employees. Avoid making advance booking on Yug Bajaj. Make sure to put main seal on the bill. Fraud Showroom
