Extremely Disappointing Experience – Worst Customer Service One of the worst showroom experiences I have ever had. I booked an Ather Rizta on 14th September 2026 by paying ₹1,000, and I was clearly promised that the vehicle would be delivered on 20th October 2026. On 19th October, when I was preparing to make the full payment, I had to ask for an update myself, only to find out that the vehicle was not available at the showroom. Nobody from the showroom even bothered to call me or inform me about the delay in advance. I had to initiate the conversation myself, and the response I received on WhatsApp was extremely casual, stating that my vehicle would arrive by the end of the month. The most disappointing part was the complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer courtesy. There was no genuine apology, no acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused, and no sense of responsibility for failing to honour the promised delivery date. The casual attitude and laughter while dealing with such a serious matter made the experience even worse. As a customer, I should not have to chase showroom staff for updates about a vehicle I have already booked. If the delivery date could not be met, the bare minimum expected was a timely phone call and transparent communication. Poor coordination, zero proactive communication, broken commitments, and extremely disappointing customer service. This experience has completely ruined my confidence in this showroom and left me regretting my decision to book a vehicle here. I have requested a refund of my ₹1,000 booking amount and no longer wish to proceed with the purchase. I would not recommend this showroom to anyone based on my experience. Ather needs to seriously look into its showroom management, staff accountability, and customer service standards. Customers deserve better than empty promises and such careless treatment.
