I visited the Ather service centre today and had booked a service slot in advance for today. However, after reaching the service centre, I was told to come back after 3 days instead of getting the service as per my booked slot. What was even more disappointing was the staff behaviour. The way the staff communicated was very rude and unprofessional, and there was no proper explanation or willingness to help resolve the issue. If customers are booking slots in advance, the service centre should either honour the appointment or inform the customer beforehand if the slot cannot be accommodated. Making customers visit the centre and then asking them to return after 3 days is extremely inconvenient. I expected much better customer service from Ather. The service experience and staff behaviour need significant improvement.
