I This is the worst service center I have ever dealt with. I gave my vehicle for servicing, but after the service was completed, I started facing vehicle starting issues that were not present before. When I reported the problem to the service center, they simply denied any responsibility and showed no interest in resolving the issue. The customer service is highly disappointing, and I would not recommend this service center to anyone. Edited : I never asked for battery replacement, my ask was just to fix the starting issue which caused only after service done. Fix your customer service experience.
Best deal given good staff behaviour
<> I am extremely disappointed with the service quality for my Honda Activa 125. I had given my vehicle specifically to fix the handle vibration issue and was charged around ₹5600. However, within just 7 days of servicing, the same problem has reappeared. I have already visited the service centre 3–4 times for this issue, yet it has still not been properly resolved. This clearly shows a lack of proper diagnosis and technical expertise. Very poor service experience. Waste of time and Money. I already emailed/raised complaint to honda but no positive response.
