There is a big issue at Doshi honda Nipania service station. They call and say that their motor is not working so collect the vehicle without washing or come another day for wash. After i insisted that i want the vehicle only after washing then the told me that come next day. I got the vehicle after washing but now they told they dont have meter cable so come after a week as they had placed indent and they dont have cable on another outlet also. Then they cant give the print and say download the app and get the bill from there. Why a customer come to company service station to get proper facility but here something is going on. The staff is good but they dont have proper facility . I had taken AMC also but seems i had done mistake. Customer should think twice before coming to Doshi honda . Very bad experience...Need too much improvement

Observed gradual degradation of service and behavior. Today's experience is not at all satisfactory. Not going to continue my AMC any further.

Worst service centre ever … our scooter was fine since 4 years never had any issue regarding anything just did yearly servicing here and our scooter had battery issues and the worts part is these people don’t even accept their mistake and Instead replying rudely… don’t go here n buy scooters from this particular showroom

Pathetic is the word for customer service. The customer walks into the showroom, it is empty.There is no one to entertain and it 4.45 Pm on a Sunday afternoon. If you are closed atleast let the customer know that you are in no mood to serve and are enjoying a relaxing Sunday afternoon. We waited for 10 minutes for the staff to arrive. No greetings nothing. We wanted to buy Activa and wanted to get details. The staff had no product details. Only answered what we asked. No proactive behaviour demonstrated for sales to happen. When we asked about the test ride, he said there is a waiting of 20 minutes. He did not make the customer comfortable and did not engage in showing the product in the meantime test drive can be arranged The staff was in no mood to sell. Horrible experience in a store with Brand HONDA. We left disappointed and disheartened and decided never to visit the store again
