Petal Yamaha Showroom (Annapoorna Rd)

Good sales team petal yamaha showroom

Petal Yamaha showroom experience verry good

For a company so brilliant, the staff working here need to up their game. The staff is unwilling to work on the after delivery process relating the RTO registeration and the accessories. No matter how many calls or visits you take to the showroom you will only be disappointed and your work... Well they will call you back as they always say but never deliver... Good luck dealing with them... Lol

Good sale team staff

One of the worst post sales services. They believe that the customer has all free time and that they are the only one working. Of thier part, a person from reception would call to know if we need any services but from thier workshops the response is very very poor... i had to put 1 star for submission of this review else i wud have given NIL star

Responce is very good. Good briefing of product and not making unwanted call for follow ups. Only genuine follow up by sales man.

They have made their own rules, they deny to talk to yahama toll-free no. Manager names Ravi Soni is so rude they try to make the customer afraid of police, we are waiting for last 30 minutes at service centre Patel yahama, Usha nagar exe, Ranjeet Hanuman , he said I will be on another call give me 5 minutes. Shayad unki watch kharab ho gai he 5minutes shayad 30minutes ke baad aate he

Itna jyada achcha bhi nahin hai

They only want to sell bikes and scooters, the service is poor, Yamaha Services is the worst.
