Bahut hi ghatiya showroom hai...... proper service bhi nahi hai .....EMI ke liye every month pareshan hona padega......staff is not good......no proper response for any query......yaha tak ki aapko chai ya Pani bhi nahi offer krte hai

Recently purchased Yamaha fasino at petal yamha showroom, good experience overall, all type Yamaha vehicle range available here.

Bike showroom is good.. but still my RC isn't received. This is very dissatisfied and disappoint work behaviour. I called to branch manager and get work is done. Their team isn't responding they tolerate me they given me next day. Today 90 days completed. This is very irresponsible behaviour and work attitude. I am not happy and suggest to purchase a bike from here. My experience is very bad.

Do not buy yamaha vehicle from them , they are irresponsible about their old customers. They can't even sell original spare parts of you are using service from other vendors in case of emergency. After I talked to concerned person , he was least bothered about my problem . I told him that I will complain, he was like do it. Absolutely pathetic experience with Yamaha's after-sales service. I went to get help for my completely non-working two-wheeler, and instead of support, I was treated with pure arrogance and misbehavior. First, the service centre manager *Ravi Soni* not only refused to provide a proper solution but also talked in a rude and loud tone. When I contacted the showroom (*Petal Yamaha – Indore branch*) where I bought the vehicle, the manager *Puneet* behaved in the exact same unprofessional way – again with loud, disrespectful language. I had trusted Yamaha as a brand, but this experience has completely shattered my belief in their service. If this is how customers are treated after buying a vehicle, then it's better to stay away. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Avoid this place if you expect even basic respect and proper service. Worst customer experience ever.

Please find details of bad experiance at showroom. Behavior of Manager is too bad. Post selling of vehicle they are too bad. Firstly at the time of vehicle purchase they offered me helmet and unfortunately I didn't wear that at the time of purchase and post that when I tried the same it is small in size and not as per my need and later on I put that helmet for replace and today on 27th June ( 21 days past vehicle purchase) date same is replaced after many follow ups and continuosly commiting false. Also at the time of selling of vehicle commitments are diffrent and post that they just satisfying customer in words and not by work. Also at the time of purchase they told that in case of free service you only need to pay for oil change and nothing else but today when I go to service centre they add Rs. 400/- fix expense on every service for injector cleaning and chain lubrication that's also add bad experiance to me. Also I think educated illetrate are seated here who are not aware about the spelling and proper data feeding which an illetrate can do properly. They made mistake in my RC Card and change the spelling of my surname how fool they are and when I m complaining the same they said chalta hai sir. How well they are behaving post mistake. It is my worst worst worst experiance for vehicle purchase here. Not suggested at all as they only restricted there services upto vehicle selling and post that sir ho jaega sir kardenge n all. Also when I am saying that kindly do teflon coating before me they don't do that. Also I ask what products are you using kindly share they don't do that. Really experiance is too bad in each and every case. Suggested to take in writing everthing with them in the vehicle purchase at Petal. Also when they given me helmet today actual MRP of same is Rs. 1079/- and they quoted me Rs. 1300/- for same and collected additional amount from me. That's again soo bad experiance. Also there is mismatch in Insurance amount quoted in quotation and actual insurance amount. Supporting photos are attached. Do something serious as it is creating bad repo of yamaha due to all above concerns.
