The worst service providers. Big cheats also...while buying the cycle they promised for accesories and provided without it... And now dont even ans. the calls... Genuine appeal to not buy from such shops and promote them.

Very bad cycle Purchasing experience I have purchased a gear cycle about 20k and i have told them to transport it to another city when the cycle arrived to me the box of the cycle was open and the cycle was damaged(dent and scratches on body of cycle and pedal was broken) and not even having some parts when i called them and complaint about this they didn't even pickup phone once when they pick up they blaimed the whole thing on transport service and the person who showed me the bike told me that we will give you full Assurity about the cycle and about servicing but once you have purchased they didn't care for your cycle and the disc brake was broken and gear of the cycle was having soo many problem and the front tier of the cycle was fully wobbled up and the person whom i called was talking so rudely iave called around 15 times on 3 mobile number and no one was picking up my call

Worst post purchase customer experience. While i wanted to give my bicycle for some repair work the employees were rude and pretending to be incomprehensible and after giving my bicycle for repair work (somehow) i called them up to inquir whether the it's repaired or it'll take another week as it has been now, nobody picked up my call on both of the numbers.

No service for old customer , after you purchase cycle they will never give you proper service, only they are selling brands ,Please try another better showroom who gives you better service also, Owner is also taking granted to old customer, So every worker in this shop is worst.....

Stay away or work on pricing part first before visiting this shop. The promoters/shop owner/staff is very greedy and tells the price based on who talking to them. So far worst experience.
