THE CYCLE WORLD - Vijay Nagar

Very bed

Worst experience. Kept me awaited for almost 2 hours for a small repair on the pedal. I would never reccomend coming here for repairs or buying a bicycle.

They kept my cycle for 1.5days, didn't inform anything, after calling they say its completed then at shop they say its not done. Poor service...👎🏻 …

I gave my cycle for servicing they said it will take 1 day for service but they take 3 days & asked 1 more day & even 3 days my problem was not solve in service. Not a good service 👎🏻

Owner is very nice staff also very nice servicing on time

Store is good quality products nice marketing staff but they have to improve their after sales services the same day I complained about some miner problem but next day I have to call them again and launch a fresh complaint my advise to them make one register for complaint so you can keep in touch with your customer where their complaint resolved or not

Extremely bad service. you can not even assume, how bad staff behaviour. I never experienced this type of behaviour dealing with customers.

All awesome, staff is so friendly that make our cycle choice so easy.

The price and services is very costly as compared to market just because they are located on main road. They did a repair worth 20₹ in 240₹. Was just not aware of real price at time of repair and asked them to do as my cycle was new. But it's not going worth there.
