🚫 Honest Review: Yezdi Showroom & Service Center – Indore 1. Showroom Experience: • Once they sell the bike, they act like kings — completely irresponsible afterward. • When you ask for service support, they simply say, “It’s not our job, talk to the service center.” • Their attitude changes the moment you make the payment. No after-sales support at all. 2. Service Center Experience: • The worst experience ever! They don’t care about customers at all. • Most of the time, their excuse is “We don’t have materials for servicing, come later.” • Even after confirming the appointment, when customers (especially those coming from outskirts) arrive, they still refuse to service the bike. • Staff behavior is not just unprofessional — it’s arrogant and careless. 3. Coordination Between Showroom & Service Center: • Absolutely zero coordination. Whenever there’s an issue, they start blaming each other instead of solving it. • The communication gap and lack of accountability are shocking for a reputed brand like Yezdi. 4. Overall Experience: • Both the showroom and service center were closed for almost a year, leaving customers helpless without servicing or support. • Even after reopening under new ownership, the experience remains terrible. • The attitude, behavior, and service quality from both the showroom and service center are unacceptable. ❌ Final Verdict: Never purchase a Yezdi bike — you will regret it. You’ll get the worst response and zero support from both the showroom and service center in Indore. The brand’s local team has completely failed in customer service and professionalism.

My delivery experience was awesome, service is also perfect, the staffs are quite professional. They know how to fulfill the desires of the customer in a right way. Very fast response from the sales team as well as backend team. Actually I was going for the Royal Enfield Classic-350, but the immediate response was not good.
