My Jawa 42 (nebula blue), which was just a few months old developed a snag (wouldn't start) and was picked up by the Salasar guys. The wiring was replaced under warranty and I got the vehicle back. Very soon the problem of 'missing' cropped up and the vehicle had to go back to the service station. It was returned to me but the problem persisted, albeit much less than before. On informing the service centre the technician was sent promptly to my vehicle and a faulty sensor was replaced in warranty. The issue has been completely resolved and I can go back to riding my bike. Thanks to the guys at Salasar who looked into it, got to the root cause of the problem and fixing it. Did I mention they were courteous and helpful as well?

I am from Gwalior still took the bike from Salasar Indore showroom just because of their followup, clear detailing and commitment towards customer. Really appreciate the efforts of entire team. Loved purchasing the Yezdi scrambler from them. Kudos to entire team.

Worst dealership ever seen in any automobile company till date. 1 star Dena majburi he, ye to 0 rating ke bhi kabil nahi hai koi negetive rating ka option hota to jyada achcha hota.. Booking ke 15 din baad ki delivery date final Hui thi JAWA 42 FJ ki but ek din pahle they refused to deliver the vehicle, majak laga raka hai.. Hop dealership and company will close soon.. This center is closed don’t go. This is pathetic that no one has updated that this center is closed. You can find New service center at Devas Naka, please visit here. Jawa has very bad service. I have seen everywhere. In Devas Naka also they don’t have enough facility to service your bike

Went 2 time in this week to given location near Mhow naka to have a look yezdi adventure. But This showroom is closed and they didn't even put notice if it's moved to some other the location the showroom owner should have updated it on Google.
