बहुत ही घटिया सर्विस है आप लोगों की मैं जब भी सर्विस कराने जाता हूं मेरी गाड़ी में कुछ नई चीज खराब कर देते हैं मुझे गुना से इंदौर जाने में 3000 का पेट्रोल अतिरिक्त जलाना पड़ता है हर बार कुछ नया खराब कर देते हैं इसी तरह आपके भोपाल सर्विस सेंटर पर भी मुझे बहुत परेशान किया गया। मेरा रिनॉल्ट का एक्सपीरियंस बहुत खराब रहा है मेरे हिसाब से रिनॉल्ट कंपनी कस्टमर को परेशान करती है

Came for battery replacement. Service guy asked for 40 mins to change the battery and took more than an hour to get the work done. The representative was lousy and constantly asked for more time. Billing counter guy was unfriendly. We were trying to make payment through debit card and unfair charges were being asked for. Poor service. Not recommended.

Staff is very bad

As the First impression was already poor i tried to give few more chances to Assure Galaxy Indore by my choice but looks like things are not going to improve. No proper suggestions, updates, even any time estimation or extension intimation was there. I thought it may be once in a while case but it was my 4th visit and same experience i am getting since last 1 year.

Very friendly service. The person at the service centre explained everything in detail. He did not hide any information from me. He ensured I get good and timely service.

I purchessed renault kigar or mujhe Boht hi aacha experience raha dewash naka renault ke sath yaha ka staff kafi aacha hai or supportive bhi hai mujhe kushi hui renault family ke sath judne me ❤️❤️❤️

Didnt gave the invoice for the spares parts purchased and for taking only the parts they have asked me to pay the labour fees also.
