My car no mp ,09WH6697& J conlt, आपके यहां गाड़ी पिकअप ड्रॉप की सुविधा नहीं है मैंने आपके स्टाफ को मैंने रिक्वेस्ट किया अगले दिन घर पर का ड्राफ्ट करने की लेकिन आपके स्टाफ ने बहाना बनाकर मना कर दिया इसलिए सर्विस हमें किसी और के यहां पर सर्विस कराना पड़ेगी जिसका मेरे पास वीडियो है आपके स्टाफ ने मना किया

Service adviser is not cooperative at all ( Specially Ashish Sisodiya, he was my adviser). They don't listen much to customers problem and try to run away from their opinion. They don't care about customers time and problems, even make you wait for hours for silly things. They try to take signature of customers on blank feedback form, In my case Mr. Ashish has done the same but then I interrupted him and asked for filling the form by myself. Totally corrupt way of taking feedback. Washing section people are very unprofessional, it feels like you have come to local wash centre. Car remains dirty and they put polish on dashboard like hell. They put the polish on my car's cotton seat covers as well. Very unclean and dirty way. Totally sticky all around. Don't even use cloth after putting the polish. Very bad experience!!
