Advisors (Dipak) are not able to justify the work and misguiding customer. Said all the work done but left so many work without complete. And they are filling review from without taking from customer. Also after service my issues was not resolved.

very bad staff deepak soni very rude didn’t reply on time also i am waiting for almost 1.5 hours still didnt give me my car and also he told me 1.5 hours washing time of my veichle and i am coming form 200 km stilm giving my viechel also i give my car on 10.30 pm right now 5.00 colocj didnt prove me my car till now. so i request you dont wist the staff like deepak soni beacuse he didn’t care of over customer any more i dint like your service any more pleae talk to crm person only

Service experience was good. Siddharth advisor handled well. But I have concern with care delivery pre inspection check by manufacturing unit and dealer end. Few things want to highlight: 1. First experience was middle row driver side ac went were not working, i went service center in 3 days after purchase and issue were attended . 2. Back side wiper spray pipe rubber cover was not available, after complaint it was fixed. 3. Last row seat bottom one hooks were cracked how ever after complaint Siddharth took initiative and resolved.4. all the glasses front back and windows having permanant patches which creates smugy view during rainy in night driving which is very dangerous to drive. The problem is still open.
