I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Mahindra Bhagwati Prestige, and I must say the sales team was exceptional. They were very polite and responsive throughout our month-long negotiation. Every time I had a question, they provided thorough answers and even offered a good discount on the vehicle. The only downside was the exchange team, who didn't provide clear information about the exchange process. Despite that, my overall experience was good.

Bhagwati Motors Indore is running an absolute scam under the guise of a dealership. Their pricing is a masterclass in manipulation, filled with bogus, mandatory charges like a completely fabricated ₹6,000 "parking fee," ₹45,000 in forced accessories, and a ₹31,999 "Shield" add-on. They aggressively push a grossly inflated ₹1,08,000 insurance policy and quote BH RTO registration charges that are drastically higher than the actual authorized government receipt amounts. The moment you catch on to their extortion and ask for an honest explanation, their customer service vanishes—they completely fail to call back or answer for their pricing. It is painfully obvious they are only interested in trapping buyers who won't question their fabricated numbers. Save yourself the extreme frustration and take your hard-earned money to a transparent dealer; this place does not deserve your business.

Manager Mangal Singh ka vyavhaar bahut hi nirashajanak raha. Customer ki baat dhyan se sunne aur samasya ka samadhan karne ke bajay unka ravayya kaafi ziddi (stubborn) aur asahayogi laga. Professional customer service ki ummeed thi, lekin poore anubhav mein sahyog aur vinamrata ki kami mehsoos hui. Aise vyavhaar se grahak ka anubhav prabhavit hota hai. Mere anubhav ke aadhar par, main Mangal Singh ke madhyam se gaadi book karne ki salah nahi dunga.

Probably the worst Mahindra dealer in entire indore. Tried to sell me an accidental/test drive car in the name of a brand new car. Failed to answer multiple questions & quality checks upon the very day of delivery. Staff including the top management is highly unprofessional too. Request everyone to opt for other more responsible & genuine Mahindra dealerships in the city.

I have booked the ,car so far The experience is good I'm waiting for the delivery in two days. The car which I had selected it's door was making a sound which was taken care of. The sales finance team is good till now I am satisfied with the sales person Mr. Yogesh Yadav. The MLD version I was searching had a wati g of 2 months but I was lucky to get it in 3-4 days. Prices are also very competitive. And I was not forced buy acceceries or their insurance policy. I really Appreciate this behaviour. Dear sir aapki Service bahut hi buri hai jab ham apni vehicle service ke liye aapke pass late hai to aapke service advisor hame batate hai ki aapki gadi interwash karwa dete hai 2400 charge lagega aaki gadi me 1 bi spot nhi rahega me jab delivery lete hai to kai sare spot rehjate hai jiski mai complaint advisor ko karta hu to mujhe jabab milta hai sir aapki gadi fir service par aaygi to ham fir kar denge me fir service par gaya to aapke service manager ne kha ki picla kuch nhi hoga agar aap clean karbate hai to aapko charge dena padega aapke manager ka batcheet karne ka tarika bahut hi ganda laga or me sabhi customer se anurod karunga ki koi bhi inke service center par na jay ye bebkuf bante hai or fofat ke paise lete hai name Roop Singh Yadav

Amazing heart whelming experience at MAHINDRA BHAGWATI MOTORS. I bought Thar Roxx ⭐️EDN from here. The staff is nice & polite. The sales executive shri Shubham Choudharyji helped a lot. From paper work to car delivery he handled everything very nicely. I only signed & did nothing🤗 Overall staff is very well behaved especially the ma'm who took vdo & photos while delivery.
