It has been a very disappointing experience. I went with a friend who needed a job to the showroom on the airport side to look at cars. I gave him priority and asked him to discuss his job description. I wanted to buy a car, so I'd discuss it later. But I'm very disappointed to say that the GM there first started giving my friend advice on professionalism and innocence, which was completely off topic. Furthermore, his body language, his attire, and his manner of speaking are so rude that they don't care who's in front of him. They're only interested in laughing and gossiping about others' surnames. He didn't talk about jobs, cars, or even asking for a ride. He suggested another place. What I don't understand is that whether it's a customer or a candidate, they should be like gods to you, but instead, you're insulting them and laughing at them in person. Ultimately, I decided I should go to the second place they recommended. And naturally, if I were to create a chain of experiences on this topic, I would share what experiences I had.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bhagwati Mahindra Showroom. The overall functioning of this dealership is highly unprofessional, and there is a complete lack of customer service and accountability. I booked a Mahindra Thar in December and paid the booking amount as required. However, the showroom failed to deliver the vehicle within the committed timeline. Due to their inability to fulfill the booking, I was forced to cancel the order. It has now been more than one month since the cancellation, yet no refund has been processed or credited. Despite multiple follow-ups, no sales executive or staff member is responding to calls or messages. There is absolutely no transparency, communication, or responsibility shown by the showroom. Such behavior is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their internal processes and ethics. I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution before dealing with this showroom, as it may lead to unnecessary financial and mental stress. I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but the ongoing delay, lack of communication, and inconvenience caused have left me with no choice. Worst Experience Ever
