Kia Car Showroom - Bhagirath Kia, Pipliya Rao

My experience with Bhagirath Kia has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a vehicle on 7 January 2026, and even after nearly 4 months (till 2 May 2026), my vehicle is still not registered with the RTO. The most concerning part is that the dealership seems to lack proper staff or process to handle basic registration work. This kind of delay is unacceptable for a new vehicle purchase. Due to their negligence: I am unable to legally use my vehicle freely Facing continuous inconvenience and uncertainty No clear communication or accountability from the dealer I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Showroom handed over the defective vehicle to me. Even after asking for multiple times for Pdi, attending sales person assured that there will be no issues and I can take the delivery with no fear. But starting from day 1 gear shifting was tight in my car and clutch paddle was having vibration and after 2 days my car horn was also creating wavy sound and later found to be defective. Completely bad experience and seems like I have wasted my money and trusted the wrong person. Initially sales person was still assuring that things will be normal with time and at the time of resolution he stepped back.
