Very disappointing experience with Bhagirath Kia. I approached them regarding a tyre issue (OEM fitted in my Kia car) which developed a sidewall bulge at just around 4000 km usage. Despite such a serious issue at very low usage, the dealership did not provide any meaningful support. Instead of taking ownership or assisting in proper escalation, I was simply asked to deal with the tyre company on my own. As an authorized Kia dealer, I expected proper guidance and support, especially for a component supplied with the vehicle, but none was provided. The tyre condition can clearly be seen in the attached photos—it is almost new, which makes this issue even more concerning. This kind of response is highly unprofessional and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership. I hope they improve their customer service and take responsibility for customer issues in the future.
